Who is this course for?
This class will suit those who have a basic sewing knowledge or those who would like to refresh their sewing practice. Participants will learn the basics required or build on existing skills. This class is a mix of intermediate and advanced sewists, as everyone is taught by individual attention at their own pace.
Everyone is treated equally in the class and we endeavour to ensure equal time is given to each student. It should be expected in a class situation that students may work at a different pace, or that one student may require extra help on a certain subject. Our classes are maximum six students so everyone benefits from lots of tutor guidance.
When does this class take place?
This is a two hour class, every Monday evening 6pm-8pm, once a week for three weeks consecutively. Booking is essential.

Points to note
You will be working on a sewing machine in a bent position which might be a strain on your neck and back. We accept no liability for any injury caused .
To reach the classroom you will have to use stairs and there is no lift in the building.
There is a cat resident in the studio building. For those with cat allergies let us know if you would prefer her not to be present in our sewing room, however the cat cannot be removed from the building.
Is my booking transferrable?
We don’t offer the option to transfer dates. Your booking must be used for the dates specified, but you can transfer it into someone else’s name if you can’t make it – just let us know before they attend.
What is the cancellation policy?
Courses, once booked are non transferable and non refundable.
